We believe that the team you initially discuss a project with, the team that pitches their ideas to you, should be the same team that sees a project through and works with you long term. This means that with Circle you always get the 'product' you initially bought and over time receive greater value as previous learnings are built upon.
We'd love to meet in person and hope you'll get in touch. In the meantime though, here's a brief introduction to the core team.
David Willan
David has been involved in B2B research for more years than he’s prepared to admit to. After holding senior roles with pioneers in the sector such as IMR and The Economist Intelligence Unit, he co-founded what became the largest independent B2B research agency in the UK. Following the sale of this business to WPP, David is doing what he loves best - working as a practitioner with clients to translate the findings from research projects into actionable marketing and business development recommendations.
David holds a degree from University College London and is an Associate of the MRS. He is an associate of Ashridge Business School, an occasional speaker at major industry events such as the GSMA Mobile World Congress and teaches the MRS course on B2B market research.
Beth Pearson
With eight years specialist experience, Beth has an excellent track record in B2B research. She has worked both on a direct basis with major global corporates and with leading marketing agencies such as McCann Erickson and Publicis. Beth’s passion is helping clients to explore brand perceptions and using these insights as the basis for compellingly differentiated positionings and communications. Like all the team at Circle, she has directed research programmes on a global basis and is skilled in multiple research methodologies.
Beth holds an Honours degree in English Literature and Sociology from the University of Kent and is an Associate of the Market Research Society.

Andy Booth
Andy's B2B marketing research experience is diverse and extensive (30 years and counting).
Having held senior positions at British Airways (Research Manager), DHL Worldwide Express (Head of Global Research) and UPS (European Marketing Manager), Andy has a deep understanding of the travel, transport and logistics sectors. This, coupled with his significant agency side experience (Research Director at MSB and Director at MDL), ensures that Andy's insights are always highly actionable and pragmatic.
Andy has a degree in English Language from The University of Durham, is a Full Member of the Market Research Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Art.
Andrew Dalglish
Andrew has specialised in B2B research for the past eight years and has a particular focus on the ICT sector. He has helped inform clients’ thinking in a diverse range of strategic business issues including competitive profiling, the exploration of disruptive market trends and the creation of perception based management metrics. The scope of Andrew’s experience means that he’s comfortable in the design, management and interpretation of complex, multi-methodology, international research.
Andrew lives and breathes B2B. He writes a regular column for B2B Marketing magazine, jointly teaches the MRS B2B research course and is a frequent speaker at B2B events.
He holds an Honours degree in Psychology from Aberdeen University, an MSc in Marketing from Strathclyde University and the MRS diploma. He is a Full Member of the Market Research Society and ESOMAR.
